Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship all orders from Campbell River, British Columbia, Canada.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently only ship to Canada and US.
Q: What are your shipping options and costs within Canada and the US?
A: We ship with Canada Post within Canada and to the US.

All prices are in CAD.
Q: Will I have to pay duties or brokerage fees on my order?
A: No! You will never face surprise duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. Duty and Tariffs are included in the price and pre-paid by us. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. You can also log into your account on our site to view order status.
Returns & Warranty
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any new and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: What type of warranty do you offer?
A: We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products.
